Since Kaoka was founded in 1993, we’ve been thinking about cocoa and the social, ecological and economic issues it involves. Our aim is to offer our artisan customers chocolate that is as respectful as possible of the environment and, above all, of the men and women who produce cocoa. For 30 years, we have been working with cocoa grower’s to build an integrated supply chain model that makes this possible.

Today, we can offer 21 organic and fair trade products to meet the needs of chocolate-makers, pastry-makers, ice-cream-makers, bakers, restaurant owners, bulk shops, tea shops, etc, who want to develop a range of organic and/or fair trade products.
