Today, we offer two references of chocolate drops (dark or milk), one reference of dark chocolate chunks and one reference of organic and fair-trade baker’s sticks to meet the needs of chocolate makers, pastry chefs, ice-cream makers, bakers, restaurants, bulk shops, tea rooms, etc, who want to be able to offer a range of organic and/or fair-trade products to their customers.

- Dark chocolate drops:
Dark chocolate drops with 60% cocoa, vanilla-free. They’re perfect for making all kinds of biscuits, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pastries, ice creams, mueslis and more. - Milk chocolate drops:
36% cocoa milk chocolate chips. Soft and milky, they stand up well to the baking process. These chocolate chips are ideal for biscuits, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pastries, ice cream, mueslis and more. - Dark chocolate chunks:
Maxi chocolate chips made from 60% pure cocoa from São Tomé, an aromatic and generous chocolate for use in gourmet creations such as cookies, brioches, panettone and muffins. - Baker’s sticks:
Ready-to-use dark chocolate baker’s sticks for making viennoiseries (like pains au chocolat, croissant, etc.) Leur promesse ? Their guarantee? Intense chocolate flavour and baking resistance for successful pastries. Kaoka chocolate sticks are the perfect size for making perfectly indulgent pastries at every batch. Each chocolate stick weights≈3.2g, and measures 8 cm long by 1.3 cm wide.
Kaoka baker’s sticks are ready to use and are the ideal size for making standard pains au chocolat.These little chocolate bars are designed for making viennoiseries, with their elongated size distributing the intensity of the chocolate evenly throughout each bite of light, crispy puff pastry. But you’re free to use them for other applications, breaking them into pieces for example (muffins, brownies, brioches, biscuits, etc.).
The chocolate chips, chunks and bakery sticks offered by Kaoka to professionals are made with cocoa from our 4 Kaoka cocoa farms in Ecuador, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Sao Tomé. These origins have been carefully selected for the quality and organoleptic richness of the cocoa grown.
