Dark 72% couverture chocolate – Dominican Republic:
A pure Dominican Republic organic fair trade couverture chocolate. A couverture with a hint of acidity and notes of red fruit, suitable for making ganaches and full mouldings.

Dark 72% couverture chocolate – Ecuador:
A traditional variety of couverture chocolate from Ecuador: Cacao Nacional. A generous chocolate, with subtle notes of fresh fruit, dried fruit and floral flavours. This couverture chocolate is recommended for making ganaches, mouldings or as a simple ingredient.
