Kaoka cocoa powder brings an intense cocoa taste to all types of bakery and pastry preparations: cookies, cookies, dessert creams, ice creams, sponge cakes and more. Depending on your needs, we offer alkalized or natural cocoa powder. - Cocoa butter :
Cocoa butter is the raw vegetable fat extracted from cocoa beans. It can be used as an ingredient to fluidify some chocolate, to create new chocolate recipes, to give consistency to mousses, dessert creams, ice creams and spreads.
Like 100% of Kaoka® products, cocoa powder and cocoa butter are certified organic by Ecocert and fair trade labelled by BIOPARTENAIRE®, based on the FiABLE standard.
The cocoa powder and butter supplied to artisans and chocolate makers are made exclusively from organic Fair Trade cocoa grown in Kaoka’s 4 integrated cocoa programs in Ecuador, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Sao Tomé. These regions have been carefully selected for the quality and organoleptic richness of the cocoa varieties grown.
Nacional Cocoa : a rare cocoa with a strong aroma and floral and fruity flavours
Hispaniola cocoa (Trinitario): a fruity cocoa with delicious acid notes
Cacao Amelonado (Forastero): a mild cocoa with woody and dried fruit notes
Trinitario cocoa: a sweet, fruity cocoa with a hint of maltiness
